A total of 123 vacancies have been announced for the post of Assistant Manager (Field Operations) across 27 districts of Telangana. Stree Nidhi follows the principle of reservation in the true spirit of the Cooperative movement and Social Justice. 10% of the posts (12 positions) in each district are reserved for Self Help Group (SHG) members. Reservation for Persons with Disabilities is limited to OH (Orthopedic Handicap) category only, given the extensive field work nature of the post.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of release of the notification (09-05-2026). The candidate must be a native of Telangana state and must apply only for vacancies in their native district. Applications made for a different district will not be considered. Nativity certificate issued by MRO only will be accepted as proof of nativity for the applied district.
The educational qualification must be from a recognized University established under Central Act, Provincial Act, State Act or an Institution recognized by the UGC. Candidates in their final semester are not eligible. Knowledge in MS Office is mandatory. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers and Information Technology are required.

Candidates must be between 25 and 30 years of age prior to the date of release of this notification (09-05-2026). The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories as specified below. In no case shall the maximum age exceed the relaxed limit applicable to the candidate’s category.
