RPSC APO Recruitment 2026 – Vacancy Details
RPSC has announced recruitment for Assistant Prosecution Officer posts. The vacancies are distributed category-wise (General, SC, ST, OBC, MBC, EWS, etc.) with horizontal reservation for Women, Ex-Servicemen, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). RPSC APO Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 01-01-2027. Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply. One Time Registration (OTR) on the SSO Portal is mandatory before filling the application.

Selection will be made through a two-stage examination: Preliminary Examination and Main Written Examination. Final selection is based on marks obtained in the Main Examination only. Preliminary Exam marks are qualifying in nature.

70% weightage on Law subjects and 30% on Hindi & English language. Negative marking applicable as per rules.
