- News Reader (Urdu): Degree from a recognized University, Proficiency in the language concerned, Camera-friendly face, with a voice of a very good quality suited to broadcasting, Correct pronunciation, accent and modulation, Knowledge of current regional/Indian and foreign affairs, Acquaintance with names of important personalities in the region/India and abroad. Preferable: Journalism background, Professional background in the field of academic or related areas, Experience with Television/Radio Media.
- Copy Editor (Urdu): Degree from a recognized University, Degree/ PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognized Institute/University. Desirable: Acquaintance with regional/National/International affairs. Matriculate in the relevant language. 3 years experience of work relating to news in a media organisation, preferably broadcasting.
- CG Operator (Urdu): 10+2 from a recognised Board, Certificate in Computer Applications. Desirable: One year experience in relevant field.
