Each candidate must come prepared to present a topic of their choice within 8 to 10 minutes before the Interview Board, using a white board that will be provided by the Commission. • All original PhD thesis, research publications, and books
  • Original documents relating to participation in National/International seminars/workshops

  • Candidates who do not report before the closure of the draw of lots will be allotted a Board through the draw of lots conducted by any one of the candidates present.
  • The interview is an identity-less process. No personal particulars such as name or roll number are disclosed to the Interview Board. Each candidate appears before the Board with a randomly system-generated Code Number.

How Ties Are Resolved in the Merit List

Where two or more candidates secure the same interview marks, the following tie-breaker order applies:

  1. The candidate with higher marks in Domain Knowledge is placed higher.
  2. If still tied, the candidate with higher marks in Pedagogical Skill is placed higher.
  3. If still tied, the candidate with a higher final score as per Table 3B of Annexure-A of the original advertisement is placed higher.
  4. If the tie persists, the older candidate (by date of birth) is placed higher.

Important Instructions

  • Carry all required original documents and the prescribed annexures, with names/roll numbers masked.
