Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): MTech/ME/MS (with GATE qualified) in Electronics and Communication/ Electrical and Electronics/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science and Engineering or similar with specialization in Electronics/ Communication/ Signal Processing or similar with minimum 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA in both BE/BTech and ME/MTech. (Or) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Engineering or similar with minimum 65% marks or 7.0/10 CGPA and Valid GATE score (Or) M.Sc. (with GATE/CSIR UGC NET/GPAT) in Electronics or similar with 65% marks or 7.0/10 CGPA
Age Limit
- All Posts: Maximum age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates.
Salary / Stipend
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): INR 37,000.00 /- per month + HRA (GATE qualified); INR 30,000.00 /- per month + HRA (without GATE)
