Passed computer proficiency test as prescribed by Staff Selection Commission

Stenographer Grade-I Officers from Stenographer’s cadre under Central Government / State Government / UTs:
Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR
With 6 years’ service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200–92,300); OR
With 10 years’ service in Level-4 (Rs. 25,500–81,100) on regular basis; AND
Graduate Degree from a recognized University

Skill Test: Stenography at 100 words per minute (10 minutes); transcription 40 minutes (English) / 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer
