NBT Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Consultant Grade-II (For Exhibition): Master’s degree in a relevant subject or a degree earned after 4 years of study post 10+2. More than 15 years of experience as Project Incharge in literary festivals, ideation, conceptualization of literary sessions, outreach, coordination with authors/speakers, brochure creation, branding, event management, and organizing large-scale B2C, B2B, and international events. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Consultant Grade-I (For Exhibition): Master’s degree in a relevant subject or a degree earned after 4 years of study post 10+2. More than 10 years of experience as Project Incharge or in a supervisory capacity in literary festivals, ideation, conceptualization of literary sessions, outreach, coordination with authors/speakers, brochure creation, branding, event management, and organizing large-scale B2C, B2B, and international events. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Literary Festival Curator: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in literature/humanities/social sciences. 5-7 years of experience in literary event/event planning management, book events, and knowledge of the publishing industry. Understanding of India’s multi-lingual literary landscape and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Cultural Curator (Events & Exhibition): Graduation in Mass Communication/Humanities or a related discipline. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in curation, programming, or coordination of cultural events/festivals, exhibitions, or public programs in a government organization, cultural institution, or reputed organization. Experience working with artists, authors, performers, and cultural speakers is required.
- Content Writer: Post Graduate in a relevant field from a recognized university with good knowledge of English. Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in digital content writing & metadata creation aligned with SEO best practices, press releases, and articles. Ability to create high-quality descriptions, summaries, and promotional blurbs for e-books.
