Madhya Pradesh Yatri Parivahan and Infrastructure Limited (MPYPIL), Bhopal, a State Transport Undertaking, has released three separate rule books inviting applications for 399 contractual vacancies across Junior Management, Senior Management and Higher Management categories. Online applications open on 29 July 2026 and close on 18 August 2026. All posts are contractual, for a period of one year, extendable at MPYPIL’s discretion.
In short: MPYPIL is recruiting for 63 different post types spanning technical, managerial, security and executive roles, ranging from Helper and Police Constable to Chief General Manager. Indian citizens meeting the post-wise qualification, experience and age criteria can apply. Applications must be submitted only through the MPOnline portal (iforms.mponline.gov.in); no offline applications are accepted. Selection is through Interview cum Document Verification – there is no written exam. Postings will be at any office of MPYPIL or its subsidiary companies across Madhya Pradesh.

MPYPIL Vacancy 2026 – Post-wise Details
MPYPIL Recruitment 2026 covers 399 posts across three separate categories. Category-wise vacancy tables are given below; the “No. of Posts” figure includes both the open count and the women’s horizontal-reservation count for that category, as published in the official rule books.
MPYPIL Junior Management Vacancy 2026 (199 Posts)
Category-wise: MPYPIL Junior Management vacancies include UR-72, ST-38, SC-29, OBC-52 and EWS-8 (figures include the women’s horizontal-reservation count within each category, as per the rule book).
MPYPIL Senior Management Vacancy 2026 (54 Posts)
Category-wise: MPYPIL Senior Management vacancies include UR-26, ST-10, SC-6, OBC-12 and EWS-0.
MPYPIL Higher Management Vacancy 2026 (146 Posts)

MPYPIL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The following general conditions apply across all three categories:
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Educational qualification and experience required differ post to post – see the qualification tables below.
- Age (including all relaxation) is specified per post – see the age limit tables below.
- Age is calculated as on 01 January 2026, based only on the Class 10 (High School/Matriculation) passing certificate/mark sheet or another valid Government-issued document; no other document is accepted for age proof.
- Horizontal and vertical reservation benefits are available only to eligible Madhya Pradesh Domicile candidates. Non-domicile candidates are treated as Unreserved (UR).
- Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or other Government-controlled organisations must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of Interview cum Document Verification; failure to do so may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Reservation for OBC candidates is subject to the final verdict in Writ Petition No. 5901/2019 (and connected matters) pending before the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur; until then, recruitment follows the guidelines issued under letter No. F-07-46/2021/आ.प./एक dated 29.09.2022.

MPYPIL Recruitment 2026 Salary
MPYPIL pays a fixed consolidated pay per post (no separate allowances mentioned in the rule books); consolidated pay by category is summarised below.
For retired Central/State Government employees, monthly remuneration is fixed either by deducting pension from the last drawn salary, or at an amount equal to 50% of the last drawn salary. For employees currently working in Government and Non-Government sectors, remuneration may be paid in accordance with the last drawn gross salary, with the final decision resting with the Managing Director, MPYPIL.
MPYPIL Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
Candidates must pay a non-refundable portal charge of ₹200 (excluding GST) at the time of submitting the online application. This is the same for all three categories – the notification does not specify category-wise fee concessions (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Women), so no separate fee slab should be assumed.
- Payment is accepted only through an online payment gateway or an authorized MPOnline Kiosk.
- Only applications with successful payment will be considered; applications without successful payment will not be considered.

MPYPIL Selection Process
Selection for all MPYPIL posts (Junior, Senior and Higher Management) is through Interview cum Document Verification – there is no written examination stage specified in the rule books.
- MPYPIL may shortlist candidates for Interview cum Document Verification based on eligibility criteria and merit.
- The final merit/selection list is prepared based on eligibility, qualification, experience, suitability and the Interview cum Document Verification.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring all original documents supporting eligibility, qualifications, experience, age and category; two sets of self-attested photocopies; two recent passport-size colour photographs; and a copy of the submitted online application form.
- In case of a tie in final merit, preference goes to the elder candidate; if candidates are of the same age, preference goes to whoever has a higher percentage in the prescribed essential qualification.
- No candidate is appointed unless found medically fit, based on a certificate from a Government-recognized medical board.
- The Selection List and Waiting List remain valid for one year from publication, extendable by up to six months at the Appointing Authority’s discretion.

- Fill in all fields of the online application form carefully.
- Upload the required certificates/documents: 10th certificate, Higher Secondary, Graduation, essential qualification, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate (if applicable), EWS certificate (same year, if applicable), OBC Non-Creamy Layer declaration (if applicable), and any other applicable documents.
