Important Notes From the Official MPPSC Notification
- As per GAD circular F-7-46/99/A.P./One (Bhopal, 07.11.2000), for unreserved (open) posts, only reserved-category candidates who qualify strictly on merit – equal to general category candidates, without any relaxation – are selected against open posts.
- As per GAD circular C/3-2/97/3/One (Bhopal, 10.02.1997), clause 5, if a sufficient number of women candidates are not available for women-reserved posts, those posts are filled by male candidates of the same category.
- The declared selection result is subject to the final outcome of SLP No. 8764/2023, SLP No. 12398/2023 pending in the Supreme Court, and Writ Petition No. 5901/2019, Writ Petition No. 5596/2024, and other similar petitions pending in the High Court.
- Out of 112 main-portion posts, 25 posts were advertised for the disabled (Divyang) category (Locomotor-05, Hearing Impaired-14, Visually Impaired-06, Multi-disability-Nil). Due to unavailability of eligible candidates, 11 posts under the Hearing Impaired category remain vacant. As per government instructions, these 11 vacant posts have not been shifted to the unreserved category because sufficient unreserved-category candidates were already available.
- Results of candidates whose cases are under litigation have been withheld pending the final decision of the respective courts.
- If any computer or clerical error is found after publication of the result, the Commission reserves the right to correct the result.
