Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak has released multiple examination datesheets for the July 2026 session on 13 July 2026. These cover Distance and Online Education (CDOE) postgraduate programmes as well as M.Ed regular and Special Education courses. MDU Datesheet 2026 – Overview

Each datesheet is discussed in detail below, exactly as issued by the university, so that students can check their subject, date, and paper code without confusion.

1. MDU M.A./M.Sc./M.Com/M.Lib 1st Semester (DDE/CDOE) Reappear/Improvement Datesheet July 2026

This is the revised theory datesheet for M.A./M.Sc./M.Com/M.Lib 1st Semester (Re-appear/Improvement), January Enrolled students, studying through Distance and Online Mode via CDOE. The scheme of examination carries 80 marks per paper, and candidates opting for the online mode get an additional one hour for uploading scanned answer sheets as per SOPs.

2. MDU M.A./M.Sc./M.Com/M.Lib 2nd Semester (DDE/CDOE) Datesheet July 2026

This revised datesheet covers 2nd Semester students under two categories: Fresh (NEP Scheme-2020 w.e.f. 2024-25, July Enrolled) candidates, and Reappear & Improvement (Non-NEP Scheme) candidates. The examination is conducted through Distance and Online Mode via CDOE, with the same 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM slot and an additional hour for online candidates to upload scanned answer images.

3. MDU M.Ed Special Education (ID, LD) 2nd Semester (Fresh, NEP Scheme 2025-26) Datesheet July 2026

This theory datesheet is for M.Ed Special Education (Intellectual Disability – ID, and Learning Disability – LD), a two-year course, 2nd Semester (Fresh) under NEP Scheme w.e.f. 2025-26, applicable to affiliated colleges of MDU Rohtak. Exam timing is 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the centre of examination is as per admit card.

4. MDU M.Ed 2nd Semester (CBCS & Non-CBCS, Full & Reappear) Datesheet + Open/Foundation Elective July 2026

This datesheet covers M.Ed 2nd Semester (CBCS & Non-CBCS Scheme, Two Years, Full & Reappear) core papers, along with M.Ed 2nd Semester Open Elective and Foundation Elective papers (Full & Reappear) for affiliated colleges/institutes of MDU. Exam timing is 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the centre is as per admit card and building notice.

5. MDU M.Ed Special Education (Intellectual Disability) 2nd Semester (Only & Reappear) Datesheet July 2026

This datesheet is for M.Ed Special Education (Intellectual Disability) 2nd Semester, CBCS & Non-CBCS Scheme (Two Years), for candidates in the Only & Re-appear category, applicable to affiliated colleges/institutes of MDU. Exam timing is 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the centre of examination is as per Roll No. Slip and building notice.

Important Instructions

  • Any modification(s) in the above datesheets due to a clash, etc., will be notified on the MDU website at the link mdu.ac.in/admin/EventPage.aspx?id=1015. Students must keep themselves updated.
  • Students must report at their respective examination centres at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.
  • No student having a mobile phone or any electronic gadget in his/her possession will be allowed to sit in the examination.
  • Before answering the question paper, candidates should ensure they have been supplied the correct question paper. Complaints in this regard, if any, shall not be entertained after the examination.
  • The use of a simple calculator is allowed. Exchanging of calculator, eraser, pen, pencil, etc. is not allowed.
  • For DDE/CDOE programmes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for students appearing in examinations through Online Mode are available on the university website; students must adhere to the SOP for online exams.
  • For DDE/CDOE programmes, if a student is cautioned/warned by the invigilation staff up to a maximum of 5 times during the examination, the attempt shall be treated as unfair means, and the paper shall be cancelled.
