What to Do If You Find a Discrepancy in Your Result
As per the official notification, the university has laid out a clear process for handling result discrepancies:
- Learners who notice a discrepancy in their result must send a written application accompanied by all supporting documents.
- The application must reach the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Resham Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022, or be sent by email only to [email protected].
- The application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of declaration of the result.
- No application will be entertained after this 30-day window.
- In case of any discrepancy between the e-mark sheet and the hardcopy mark sheet, the hardcopy mark sheet issued by the university will be treated as valid.
