The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the Provisional Answer Key for the OMR-based written examination conducted for the post of Staff Nurse G-II under the Health and Medical Education Department. The exam was held on 12.07.2026 against Advertisement Notification No. 07 of 2025, Item No. 142. The answer key covers all four question paper series A, B, C and D and candidates who wish to challenge any answer can submit an objection offline within the specified window.

The Provisional Answer Key is published as Annexure “A” to the official JKSSB notice. Candidates can download it from the official JKSSB website.

Objection Fee
Candidates who wish to challenge any answer in the provisional key must pay a fee, as specified in the official notice:
- Fee: ₹200 per question
- Payment Mode: Demand Draft only
- Payable to: Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board
- Refund: The fee is refundable only if the objection is found genuine/correct
How to Raise an Objection to the JKSSB Staff Nurse Answer Key
JKSSB accepts objections only in offline mode. Follow these steps:
- Download and fill the prescribed objection proforma given as Annexure “B” in the official notice.
- Use a separate form for each separate question the notice specifically states that if multiple questions are entered on one form, only the first question will be considered.
- Attach documentary proof/evidence supporting the claim (hard copies only).
- Attach a demand draft of ₹200 per question in favour of the Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board.
- Submit the form in person at the JKSSB office within the objection window.

Objections can be submitted in offline mode only, at either of these JKSSB offices:
- JKSSB, Muthi, Akhnoor Road, Jammu
- JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar
Submission window: three working days starting 13.07.2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Board will not entertain objections after this period or through any mode other than offline hard-copy submission.

- Exam name

- Candidate’s 16-digit bank account number and IFSC code

- Details of the objection
- Resource material (copy to be enclosed) supporting the claim
- Correct answer/option as per the candidate

Important Instructions
- The Answer Key will be revised only if an objection is found correct, and the revision will apply uniformly to all candidates.
- No individual candidate will be informed about acceptance or rejection of their specific objection.
- Objections/representations can be submitted only in offline mode; no online or postal submission is accepted.
- No objection will be entertained after the stipulated three-working-day window expires.
- Use a separate application form for each question you wish to object to.
