The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has issued two separate interview notices, both dated 15.07.2026, calling shortlisted candidates for interview for the posts of Assistant Professor (Fine Arts) and Assistant Professor (Architecture) in the School of Architecture under the Higher Education Department, Jammu & Kashmir. Both posts were originally notified vide Notification No. 15-PSC(DR-P) of 2023. Interviews for both posts will be held on the same day, 23.07.2026, at the JKPSC office in Solina, Srinagar, but at different times.

As per both notices, every candidate must bring:
- Original certificates and testimonials
- Photocopy of the application form
- Xerox (photocopies) of all supporting documents
Important Instructions
- The candidature of every candidate is purely provisional. Documents will be verified at the time of interview.
- If any discrepancy regarding age or other eligibility conditions is found at the time of interview, or afterward, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
- If the candidate has already appeared for the interview when a discrepancy is discovered, the candidature shall be deemed cancelled ab-initio (from the very beginning).
