Professor:
Ph.D. degree or equivalent, first class or equivalent at preceding degree, exceptionally good academic record. Minimum 10 years teaching/research/industry experience (at least 4 years at Associate Professor level in IITs, IIMs, IISc, IISERs, top 50 ranked B-schools or foreign universities). Successful track record of publications (at least three papers in A/A* or six in B, with at least two in A/A* in last 4 years).
Professor of Practice on Contract:
Substantial relevant experience of minimum 20 years with at least 5 years at a senior level in industry /government. Demonstrated understanding of and impact on practice. Interest and potential to teach LDP courses. Ph.D. desirable but not essential, must be offset by domain knowledge. First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent in Master’s/Graduation and Class XII/X.
Associate Professor:
Ph.D. degree or equivalent, first class or equivalent at preceding degree, exceptionally good academic record. Minimum 6 years teaching/industry/research experience (at least 3 years at Assistant Professor level). Successful track record of publications (at least two papers in A/A* or four in B or eight in C, with at least one in A/A* in last 4 years). Publication requirement may be relaxed for industry experience.
Associate Professor of Practice on Contract:
Substantial relevant experience of minimum 15 years in industry/government. Demonstrated understanding of and impact on practice. Interest and potential to teach LDP courses. Ph.D. desirable but not essential, must be offset by domain knowledge. First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent in Master’s/Graduation and Class XII/X.
Assistant Professor (Grade-I):
Ph.D. degree or equivalent, first class or equivalent at preceding degree, exceptionally good academic record. At least 3 years industrial/research/teaching experience (excluding Ph.D. pursuit). Publications in class A or B required for confirmation (may be relaxed for industry experience).
Assistant Professor (Grade-II):
PhDs with less than 3 years’ experience may apply. Offered a contract position.
