IAHE Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Core Faculty (Highways): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 highway Projects in design/construction/review of more than 6 months duration for each project.
- Core Faculty (Bridge): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 Bridge Projects in design/construction/review of more than 6 months duration for each project.
- Core Faculty (Pavement): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 Highway/pavement in design/construction/review of more than 6 months duration for each project.
- Core Faculty (Safety): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 Highway Projects in design/construction/review/ safety audit of more than 6 months duration for each project.

- Maximum Age: 67 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
IAHE Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend
- Retired Govt. Employees: Fixed monthly amount arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. No annual increment/percentage increase, Dearness Allowance, or HRA. TA/DA on official tour as per entitlement at retirement. Transport Allowance fixed, not exceeding applicable rate at retirement.
- Retired PSU/Autonomous Body/Private Sector: Fixed monthly amount of Rs. 2 lakhs including all allowances. TA/DA on official tour allowed corresponding to first cell of Level-13 of 7th CPC. Annual increments @ 5% after one year of satisfactory service.
