Shortlisted candidates for the Scientific Assistant (Digital Forensics) post must bring the following to the document verification at HPRCA Hamirpur premises:
- All original eligibility-related documents
- 02 sets of self-attested copies of all documents
- One valid ID proof
- Copy of the downloaded Application Form
Important: If a shortlisted candidate fails to appear on the fixed date, they will not be considered for further selection, and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
How Candidates Will Be Informed Next Steps
- The schedule for document verification (Scientific Assistant) and for the shorthand/typing skill test (Steno Typist) will be uploaded on the official HPRCA website in due course.
- Candidates will also be intimated through the email IDs they provided during application.
- No separate call letters will be sent by post for either post.
Important Instructions
- Results have been compiled as per the award lists and ratio approved by the Hon’ble Aayog.
- While every care has been taken in preparing the results, the possibility of inadvertent or technical error cannot be ruled out. The Aayog reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
