Who Needs to Download This Call Letter
The notice applies to candidates who have already been declared eligible for the personal interview under Advt No. 47/2023-24, and whose names appear in the published Detailed Interview Program for the 8th phase (3–7 August 2026), as well as the 13 remaining candidates from Phase 7 whose interview has been rescheduled to 3 August 2026.

- Printed copy of the Interview Call Letter (entry pass) downloaded from the GPSC OJAS portal
- Printed copy of the related Annexure (Parishisht) downloaded along with the call letter
- All certificates listed as applicable in the annexure original documents
- One self-attested photocopy of each applicable certificate mentioned in the annexure

How to Download the GPSC Interview Call Letter (Step-by-Step)
- Visit the official portal: Go to https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
- Open the Call Letter section: On the website, go to the “Call Letter/Form” section and click on “Interview Call Letter.”
- Select your advertisement and log in: In “Select Job,” choose the relevant advertisement (Advt No. 47/2023-24), then enter your Confirmation Number and Date of Birth, and click the OK button.
- Download the call letter and annexure: After login, download both your interview call letter and the related annexure (parishisht).
- Print and prepare documents: Take a printout of both documents. Arrange all certificates applicable as per the annexure in original, plus one self-attested photocopy of each.
Important Instructions
- The call letter and related annexure can be downloaded only between 24 July 2026, 13:00 hours and 7 August 2026, 11:00 hours.
- The 13 remaining candidates from Phase 7 will have their interview on 3 August 2026 and must appear with their call letter dated 17 July 2026 (i.e., they should use their previously issued call letter, not a new one).
- No candidate will be allowed entry into the personal interview without the call letter and the related annexure.
- GPSC will not send this call letter separately by post; candidates must download it themselves from the OJAS portal.
- Candidates scheduled in the third phase (as referenced in the notice) must be present on their allotted date and time; this is compulsory. Candidates who do not appear on their allotted date/time will not be included in any subsequent phase.
