Primary Qualification & Qualifying Marks
- Project Engineer on Contract (PE-C) & Technical Officer on Contract (TO-C): B.E./B.Tech. with at least 60% aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST).
- Assistant Project Engineer on Contract (APE-C): Diploma with at least 60% aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST).
- Senior Artisan on Contract (SA-C) & Junior Artisan on Contract (JA-C): ITI (Passed Out).
Mandatory Post-Qualification Experience (Apprenticeship up to 1 year is considered as experience):
- PE-C: 3 years*
- TO-C / APE-C / JA-C: 1 year*
- SA-C: 2 years*
Upper Age Limit (as on date of selection – UR candidates):
- PE-C: 33 years
- All other posts: 30 years
Age Relaxation
- OBC: 3 years

# Shall be revised every 6 months in line with CLC (Central) guidelines.
