- OIC Polyclinic (Jalandhar) and Outstation: Graduate, Minimum 05 years experience in Health Care Institution or equivalent position (ESM only)
- Medical Specialist (Physician, Unit): MD/MS in Specialist concerned OR MBBS with 05 years experience in the subject concerned after PG
- Nursing Assistant (Jalandhar): GNM Diploma Class-I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces), Minimum 05 years work experience
- Lab Tech (Jalandhar and Outstation): B.Sc. (Medical Lab Tech) or 10+2 with science and DMLT, Minimum 05 years experience
- Pharmacist (Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur and Gurdaspur): B Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Approved Diploma in Pharmacy and registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948, Minimum 05 years experience
- Radiographer (Jalandhar): Diploma Class-I Radiographer Course (Armed Forces), Minimum 05 years work experience
- Female Attendant (Jalandhar): Literate, Minimum 05 years experience in Civil/Army Health Institution
- Chowkidar (Jalandhar): Literate, Minimum 05 years experience
- Driver (Jalandhar): 10th Class, Minimum 05 years experience
- Peon (Jalandhar): Literate, Minimum 05 years experience
- Female Sweeper (Jalandhar): Literate, Minimum 05 years experience
