- Medical Officer: MBBS degree and registration with Karnataka Medical Council.
- Junior Laboratory Technical Officer: SSLC/PUC and DMLT diploma, mandatory registration with Karnataka State Medical Board and computer literacy.
- Pharmacist Officer: B.Sc/B.Pharm registration in Nursing and computer literacy.
- Junior Primary Health Care Officer: KMTC training, mandatory registration with Karnataka State Medical Board and computer literacy.
