- Project Associate-I (Material Science): B.E./B.Tech in Materials Engg./Materials Science & Engg./Mineral Engg./Chemical Engg. or Master’s Degree in Material Science/Chemistry or equivalent.
- Project Associate-I (Metallurgy): B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy/Metallurgical Engg. or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Project Associate-I (Patent): B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy/Metallurgical Engg./Materials Engg./Materials Science & Engg./Mineral Engg./Chemical Engg. or Master’s Degree in Material Science/Chemistry or equivalent.
- Project Associate-I (Agriculture): Master’s /Integrated Master’s Degree in Agriculture/Agronomy/Horticulture/Animal Science/any branch of Veterinary Sciences/Zoology from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Project Associate-I (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University or equivalent or MCA from a recognized University.
