- Project Assistant-II/ PA-II: B.Sc./3 years Diploma in Engineering/Technology
- Project Associate-I/ PAT-I: Masters/Integrated Masters from a recognized University OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University OR Any equivalent qualifications duly recognized by the concerned authority
- Project Associate- II / PAT-II: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent and 2 years experience in Research and Development OR Masters/Integrated Masters in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University
- Project Assistant-I/ PA-I: SSC/10th plus ITI
