C-DAC CINE Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions as on the date of walk-in interview. All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC-approved colleges/institutes or recognized universities. Post-qualification experience only will be counted; internship, teaching, research, and academic project work will not be considered as experience unless specifically mentioned.
C-DAC CINE Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit
The upper age limit will be as specified against each post. Age is calculated as on the date of the respective walk-in interview. Candidates from SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen categories are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India norms. Government employees on pay scale are eligible for 5 years’ age relaxation in addition to other applicable relaxations.

Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview process. Candidates will undergo an initial screening based on academic records and other parameters declared in the application. Only screened-in candidates will be considered for further selection. C-DAC reserves the right to conduct a written test or skill test in addition to the interview.
- Stage 1 – Initial Screening: Based on academic credentials, experience profile, and application details submitted.
- Stage 2 – Walk-in Interview: Candidates who clear screening will be interviewed at the venue on the respective scheduled date. Reporting time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Stage 3 – Document Verification: All information submitted in the application will be verified with original documents at this stage or any stage of the recruitment process.
- C-DAC may restrict the number of candidates called for interview based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed. Mere fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee being called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Important Instructions for C-DAC CINE Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- All posts are purely on a contract basis on consolidated emoluments; selected candidates shall NOT derive any right or claim to a regular post or appointment in C-DAC.
- C-DAC reserves the right to terminate the contract even during the contract period after giving 45 days’ prior notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- Selected candidates may be deputed or transferred from one project to another at any project location across India as per organizational requirements.
- Academic/teaching/research work and internship/project work as part of the curriculum will NOT be considered as experience.
- Candidates working in Government/PSUs/Govt. Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and carry their application forwarded through the proper channel; alternatively, an NOC from the current employer is mandatory at the interview.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit a separate application for each post.
- OBC candidates (Non-Creamy Layer) must produce a valid caste certificate in the prescribed Government of India format.
- C-DAC internal candidates must have completed at least 2 years’ service in C-DAC as of the date of notification to apply. If finally selected, they will have to resign from current services and join the selected post as fresh employees.
