BJB College Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2026: B.J.B. Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar, is inviting applications for research personnel to join a significant ICSSR-funded project titled “CULTURAL RESILIENCE AND OCCUPATIONAL TRANSITION IN TWO DISTRICTS OF ODISHA: GANJAM AND BALASORE”.
This is a unique opportunity for qualified professionals to contribute to academic research on a temporary and contractual basis.
BJB College Bhubaneswar Recruitment- Open Positions
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:

| Research Assistant | Post-graduation in any social science discipline (min 55%) with NET/MPhil/PhD | Up to ₹37,000/pm | Up to 12 months |
| Field Investigator | Graduation in any social science discipline (min 55%) | Up to ₹20,000/pm | Up to 13 months |
Note: For the Field Investigator role, preference will be given to those who completed a four-year graduation programme.
