A total of 273 contractual vacancies have been announced for बाल गृह (बालक) and बाल गृह (बालिका) under Mission Vatsalya Yojana. All posts in बाल गृह (बालिका) are reserved for female candidates. All Nurse posts are reserved for female candidates. Bihar Government’s reservation policy applicable for SC, ST, EBC, BC, WBC, EWS, and UR categories.
Note: In this recruitment/planning, the reservation policy issued/decided by the Government of Bihar from time to time will be applicable. All posts in Bal Grih (Girls) are reserved for female candidates. All Nurse posts are exclusively for female candidates.

SCPS Bihar Mission Vatsalya Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit. For each post, 10 times the number of candidates per vacancy will be called for interview (post wise, category wise 10 times the number of candidates will be called for interview against one post).
Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of 100 marks.
For posts where minimum educational qualification is Graduation, marks will be counted on the basis of स्नातक प्रतिष्ठा (Hons.) total marks. For Para Medical and ANM/Nurse posts, marks will be calculated on the basis of Nursing/Paramedical/ANM/B.Sc. Nursing degree marks. One registration can be used to apply for multiple posts.
