Selection will be made purely on the basis of an interview. AIIMS Mangalagiri Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
- Age and qualifications/experience will be counted as on the closing date of application (crucial date).
- Only candidates who have cleared their qualifying degree examination and completed the tenure for the same on or before the crucial date will be eligible.
- Possessing the prescribed qualification does not automatically entitle a candidate to selection.
- Incomplete applications and canvassing of any kind will lead to rejection/disqualification.
- Private practice of any type is strictly prohibited during the tenure.
- Candidates working in Central/State Government/Semi-Government/PSU must apply through proper channel and submit an original NOC at the time of interview; in-service candidates will not be permitted for the interview without an NOC.
- The appointment is governed by the Government of India’s Residency Scheme and can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice or one month’s salary.
- The tenure is for a maximum of 3 years, renewed for periods of 12 months at a time, based on HOD recommendation and Competent Authority discretion.
- Selected candidates will be given 24 days to join the post, extendable by 7 days in exceptional circumstances with proper justification. No further extension is permitted.
- Appointees are not entitled to Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Seniority, Promotion, or other regular Government employee benefits.
- Appointment is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board.
