What Is the AIIMS CRE-5 City Intimation Slip?
The city intimation slip is an advance notice that tells candidates which city their exam centre will be located in and, where available, the exam date and shift. It is not the same as the admit card. The admit card, released closer to the exam, carries the exact venue address, seat number, and reporting time. The city slip only helps candidates plan travel and accommodation in advance.

How to Download the AIIMS CRE-5 City Intimation Slip
Follow these steps once the slip is confirmed live on your dashboard:
- Visit the official website: aiimsexams.ac.in
- Go to the “Candidate Login” section on the homepage.
- Enter your Candidate ID or registered Mobile Number, then your Password.
- Click “Login”.
- After logging in, navigate to the “City Intimation Slip” or “Exam City” section on your dashboard.
- Click to view and download your city slip.
- Check your allotted city carefully and plan travel accordingly.
- Save or print the slip for your records.
If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset it before the slip window opens.

AIIMS CRE-5 CBT Exam Pattern
As per the official notification, the CRE-5 Computer-Based Test will follow this pattern:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- 100 MCQs carrying 400 marks total (4 marks per question)
- 20 questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge; 80 questions from the domain relevant to the applied post
- Paper divided into 5 sections of 18 minutes each, 20 questions per section
- For posts requiring 10th/12th qualification, the paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi)
- Negative marking: 1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer

Important Instructions
- The city intimation slip and admit card will be issued only online no copies will be sent by post.
- Bring a printed copy of your admit card (once released) to the exam centre; it must be handed to the invigilator for attendance marking.
- Once a city is allotted, it generally cannot be changed under any circumstances.
