1. GI – Wireman
- Qualification: B.Voc / Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering; OR 3-Year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering / DGT Advanced Diploma (Vocational); OR NTC / NAC passed in Wireman trade.
2. GI – Solar Technician (Electrical)
- Qualification: B.Voc / Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering; OR 3-Year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering / DGT Advanced Diploma (Vocational); OR NTC / NAC passed in Solar Technician (Electrical) trade.
3. GI – Turner
- Qualification: B.Voc / Degree in Mechanical Engineering; OR 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / DGT Advanced Diploma (Vocational); OR NTC / NAC passed in Turner / TDM (PT & JF) / TDM (Dies & Moulds) trade.
4. GI – Mechanic Diesel
- Qualification: B.Voc / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (with specialization in Automobile); OR 3-Year Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (specialization in Automobile) / DGT Advanced Diploma (Vocational); OR NTC / NAC passed in Mechanic Diesel trade.
5. GI – Welder
- Qualification: B.Voc / Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering; OR 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering / DGT Advanced Diploma (Vocational); OR NTC / NAC passed in Welder trade.
6. GI – Draftsman (Civil)

Remuneration & Key Terms for Govt ITI Bhawanipatna Kalahandi Recruitment
- Theory Classes: ₹200 per hour (Up to 16 hours)
- Practical Classes: ₹150 per hour (Up to 112 hours)
- Maximum Monthly Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Tenure: Temporary engagement starting from September 2026 through the completion of AITT exams and career counseling campaigns in July 2027.
- Duties: Conducting theoretical/practical instructions and project work as per updated DGT curriculum, along with co-curricular and extracurricular responsibilities.
Selection Process for Govt ITI Bhawanipatna Kalahandi Recruitment
Selection will be evaluated out of a total of 100 marks across the following parameters:
- Written Test: 30 Marks
- Practical Test: 25 Marks
- Micro Teaching / Soft Skill Test: 20 Marks
- Viva-Voce: 20 Marks
- Experience: 05 Marks
Note: Candidates who qualify in the Written Test, Practical Test, and Micro Teaching/Soft Skill Test will be shortlisted for the Viva-Voce. Teaching experience in Govt. ITIs or relevant industrial experience will be given weightage.
