  • Pass in the 10th standard from a recognised Board or institute

Desirable qualification: three years of service as a Home Guard or Civil Volunteer.

Category 3: Armed Forces personnel (deputation/re-employment)

Armed Forces personnel due to retire, or due to be transferred to reserve within one year, and possessing the requisite experience and qualifications, will also be considered. Such candidates would be given deputation terms up to their date of release from the Armed Forces, and may thereafter be continued on re-employment.
