- Visit the official ICAR counselling portal: icarcounseling.com.
- Click on the “Applicant Login” tab on the homepage.
- Enter your CUET application number, roll number, and date of birth.
- Submit the details to log in to your dashboard.
- Your Round 1 seat allotment status (allotted/not allotted, along with the university and course, if allotted) will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and save the provisional allotment letter for future reference.
What Happens After the Round 1 Seat Allotment?
- If allotted a seat: Upload the required documents online for verification by the allotted university, and pay the seat acceptance fee within the notified deadline to confirm your provisional admission.
- If not allotted, or want to upgrade: Candidates can continue in subsequent rounds (Round 2, Round 3, Round 4) based on availability and revised preferences.
- If documents are not verified in time: As per the general ICAR counselling process, provisional allotment can be cancelled if documents are not uploaded correctly or queries raised by the university are not resolved within the round timeline; the seat is then carried forward as vacant to the next round.
