Candidates must carry originals along with two self-attested photocopies of every applicable document. Missing documents may lead to rejection of candidature.
How to Apply / How to Download the Call Letter
- Visit the official South Central Railway website at scr.indianrailways.gov.in.
- Navigate to “About Us” and then the “RRC-SCR” section.
- Open the link for Act Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 / DV Call Letter.
- Log in using the registered email ID and password created at the time of application.
- Download the call letter, which includes the DV venue, date, time, and medical certificate format.
- Separately open the DV Notice PDF (Annexure-I and Annexure-II) to confirm your application number and name in the Main or Standby List.
- Take a printout of the call letter and prepare all required documents before the scheduled DV date.
Important Instructions
- Candidates absent on their scheduled DV date will have their candidature cancelled without further notice; no second chance is provided.
- A medical certificate in the prescribed format is mandatory at DV; candidature will be rejected without it.
- Carry two self-attested photocopies of every required document along with originals.
- Standby List candidates will be contacted only if a Main List candidate is absent or rejected.
- Training division/unit allotment, once made, cannot be changed on request.
- Check the registered email and SMS for call letter notification; if not received, candidates should check the RRC SCR webpage directly.
