Required Documents for Document Verification
Candidates must bring the Call Letter and the following documents in original, along with two (02) self-attested photocopies of each. Failure to produce the required documents will mean the candidate is not admitted for DV.
Common Documents Required for All Four Posts
- Bonafide Himachali Certificate, if applicable.
- Matriculation/10th Certificate, for proof of Date of Birth.
- 10+2 (12th) Class Certificate, if applicable.
- Educational Qualification Certificates with Mark Sheets.
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL/WFF/Ward of Ex-serviceman), if applicable – see category-specific rules below.
- NOC from the Employer, if the candidate is in Government/Semi-Government service.
- Two recent self-attested passport-size photographs.
- Documents (copy of FIR(s) or Judgment(s), etc.) and the detail/status of any criminal case registered and/or pending/decided against the candidate, if any.
Application Form and ID Proof (varies slightly by post)
Category Certificate Rules
- Certificate of SC/ST/OBC should be on a parental basis.
- Candidates of reserved categories from States other than Himachal Pradesh will be treated as General (UR); the benefit of reservation is not admissible to them.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate must be on the prescribed format, on a parental basis, and valid both at the time of ORA submission and on the date of Document Verification. The OBC certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
- To claim WFF (Ward of Freedom Fighter) category reservation, candidates must bring the latest certificate from the competent authority confirming they are a dependent of a freedom fighter.
- For BPL/EWS category, candidates must bring the necessary certificate on the prescribed format, duly countersigned by the competent authority. A BPL certificate is valid for only six months from its date of issue and must be valid both at ORA submission and at DV.
- EWS reservation benefit requires an Income and Asset Certificate issued by the DC/ADC/ADM/SDO (civil) of the area where the candidate/family normally resides, or a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar, valid at both ORA submission and DV.
- Candidates belonging to General (BPL) category are not required to submit an Income & Asset Certificate; they are eligible for EWS reservation based on a valid BPL certificate supplemented by a non-SC/ST/OBC certificate.
- Ward of Ex-Serviceman candidates must bring a Ward of Ex-Servicemen certificate issued by the Deputy Director of Sainik Welfare, plus a latest Declaration/Affidavit that no other family member and/or the Ex-Serviceman has availed the benefit of Ex-Servicemen reservation. Married daughters and grand-daughters of an Ex-Serviceman will be considered provisionally.

These notices are for the Document Verification stage only; the online application window is already closed. Shortlisted candidates should:
- Check their individual call letter for their DV date, application number and roll number.
- Reach the venue – HP Rajya Chayan Aayog, Near Pakka Bharo Hamirpur, Tehsil & District Hamirpur, HP – sharp by 10:00 AM on the scheduled date.
- Carry the call letter and all original documents listed above, plus two self-attested photocopies of each.
Important Instructions
- Candidature is purely provisional; being called for DV does not confer any right to appointment.
- In case of any doubt about eligibility, the onus is on the candidate to prove the same.
- No change in Date, Time, or Venue will be allowed.
- Failure to attend DV on the scheduled date will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Any false information provided will lead to cancellation and disqualification.
