  • Lecturer (where NET is not conducted in the subject): Master’s degree with minimum 60% at the master’s level in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, with very good academic record.
  • Lecturer (minimum qualifying degree): Master’s degree with minimum 60% at the master’s level in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline; preference given to candidates pursuing a Ph.D. from an Institution of National Importance (INI) or recognized university.

Where an applicant holds an interdisciplinary postgraduate degree and Ph.D., the highest degree will be considered to determine the specialization/discipline of the applicant.
