How to Check and Download the Rajasthan BSTC Second Seat Allotment List 2026
- Visit the official website: predeledraj2026.com.
- On the homepage, click the link for “Second Seat Allotment 2026” or “Second Counselling Allotment”.
- Enter your Counselling ID or Roll Number.
- Enter your date of birth and any other requested detail (such as mother’s name).
- Click Submit/Login.
- Your allotted college name, course, and reporting details will appear on screen.
- Download the allotment cum confirmation letter and save a printed copy for reporting at the college.
Documents Required for Reporting and Verification
Candidates who receive a seat in the second allotment list must carry original documents (with photocopies) to the allotted institute for verification. Based on the documentation required in earlier rounds of this same counselling cycle, candidates should keep the following ready:
- Rajasthan BSTC Provisional Allotment-cum-Confirmation Letter (second round)
- 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
- Graduation mark sheet/certificate, where applicable

- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
- Recent passport-size photographs

- Candidates allotted a seat in the second round must complete fee payment and physical reporting within the deadline shown on their allotment letter; delays can lead to automatic cancellation of the seat.
- If you already reported and confirmed admission in Round 1 or during upward movement, check your allotment letter carefully to see if the second round has changed your institute.
- Candidates with two counselling IDs (for example, General and Sanskrit) must counsel separately for each; if allotted a seat under both, only one can be confirmed, and the other is cancelled automatically after reporting.
- Any correction to name, mother’s name, or father’s name is done through a self-declaration affidavit, not through the online portal.
- If you are not allotted a seat in this round and choose to opt out of further counselling, refund rules (as communicated by VMOU) will apply based on your registration and reporting status.
What Happens After the Second Allotment?
Candidates who accept and confirm their second-round seat by paying the fee and completing document verification are considered admitted.
