The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has issued a notice for the conduct of the Shorthand Skill Test (Shorthand & Typing) for Low Vision (LV) and Blind (B) candidates across six Stenographer-category posts advertised under Post Code – 802/23. The notice, dated 15.07.2026 (E-File No. 365009/1975), confirms the exam will be held on 29 and 30 July 2026 at a dedicated venue in Rohini, Delhi. Candidates can download their E-Admit Card from 24.07.2026.

How to Download the E-Admit Card
- Visit the official DSSSB website or the OARS portal.
- E-Admit Cards for Post Code 802/23 will be available for download from 24.07.2026.
- Log in using your registered credentials and download the admit card.
- Check the card for your allotted Examination Centre, exact date, and shift timing.
Important Instructions for LV/Blind Candidates
- Candidates must go through the “General Instructions for Low Vision (LV) and Blind (B) candidates for Skill Test (Shorthand & Typing)” issued under Vacancy Notice Advertisement No. 05/2023 dated 22.12.2023, applicable to Post Code 802/23.
- Update your registered e-mail address and mobile number for future communication.
- Visit the DSSSB website and OARS portal regularly for updates.
- Candidates will be informed via registered mobile number and e-mail. DSSSB has stated that failure to receive such communication, for any reason, will not entitle a candidate to extension of admit card download or re-examination.
