- Enter your PRN (Permanent Registration Number) or the details requested on the portal.
- Submit the form to view your result.
- Download or take a screenshot/printout of the result for future reference, including for revaluation or scrutiny applications.
How to Apply for Revaluation/Scrutiny -MBA Result
MBA candidates must submit the fee payment receipt along with the mark sheet/hall ticket to the Controller of Examinations office by July 28, 2026. Application forms are available at the university store for ₹55, or can be downloaded from the website for the same fee.
How to Apply for Revaluation/Scrutiny -B.Tech Result
B.Tech candidates must apply online, on or before July 29, 2026, through the Students Portal at studentportal.mgu.ac.in. Full instructions for submitting the application are available on that portal.
How to Apply for Revaluation/Scrutiny -IMCA/DDMCA Result
The application process differs by admission batch:
- 2019 Admission (Supplementary) students: Apply online on or before July 29, 2026, through the Students Portal on the university website (www.mgu.ac.in).
- 2016, 2017, and 2018 Admission students: Submit the application, along with the fee receipt, to the Controller of Examinations office on or before July 29, 2026.
All candidates must submit a copy of the hall ticket/mark list along with the completed application form.
Important Instructions
- Deadlines differ by programme -MBA candidates have until July 28, 2026, while B.Tech and IMCA/DDMCA candidates have until July 29, 2026.
