Correspondence Clerk / Store Assistant (Notice 03/2024)
A total of 219 candidates are listed by roll number (prefix “EXSA”), name, date of birth, gender, and normalized score, ranging from the highest score of 91.9405 down to 75.0709 among the listed candidates. The full roll number list is available only in the official PDF notice; candidates should check it directly to confirm their own roll number and serial number.
Technician Grade-III (Notice 05/2024)
A total of 180 candidates are listed by roll number (prefix “EXTG”), name, date of birth, gender, and normalization score, ranging from 81.6240 down to 50.4535 among the listed candidates. As with the CC/SA list, candidates must verify their own name and roll number against the official PDF.

Documents Required for Verification
Both notices state that IRIS & Biometric verification and document verification will be conducted afresh. Candidates must bring all documents in original along with two self-attested photocopies, in the sequence listed below.

Important Instructions
- Candidates currently working elsewhere must bring a Relieving Certificate from their present employer. Without it, no further extension will be given and no request will be entertained.
- No separate individual letter will be sent to candidates regarding this verification – attendance is the candidate’s own responsibility based on this public notice.
- Candidates must be present in person on the scheduled date, place, and time before the joining committee, with all required documents, a fresh affidavit, and the medical fitness certificate.
- This is stated to be the last chance for joining. If a candidate fails to appear, or fails to bring all required documents/papers, their candidature will be cancelled from the provisional select list, and no further request or claim will be entertained.
- IRIS & Biometric verification will be conducted afresh, along with document verification.
