- M.Tech./M.E. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent discipline from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale with valid GATE/ NET. For SC/ST/PwD category, a minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on 10-point scale is required with valid GATE/NET.
