- Ensuring no male staff or guardian enters the dormitory without explicit written permission from the Principal, Vice-Principal, or House Master (HM).
- Monitoring sick students, helping them take timely medicine/diet as prescribed by the staff nurse, and maintaining communication with school authorities.
- Frequently checking the structural and electrical safety of the building (furniture, wiring) and reporting shortages like water unavailability immediately.
