  • Stage I – Written Examination (Objective Type MCQ): All eligible candidates will appear for a 2‑hour written exam of 200 marks covering General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability and Test of English Language & Comprehension; candidates must score at least 33% aggregate marks to qualify.
  • Stage II – Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Shortlisted candidates will undergo height and chest measurement followed by PET events such as 100 m and 1500 m race, high jump and long jump; only those meeting prescribed standards and timings will be considered further.
