Important Instructions for Chikkaballapur Civil Servants Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT / REGULAR GOVERNMENT JOB. Selected Pourakarmika are appointed on a temporary Direct Payment basis and are NOT entitled to any benefits available to permanent employees.
- Selected candidates must mandatorily submit a Notary Affidavit undertaking that they will not demand regularisation/permanency individually or through unions and will not approach any court for regularisation at any point.
- If a Direct Payment Pourakarmika dies during service, his/her family members are NOT entitled to compassionate appointment, pension, gratuity or any other service benefit.
- Direct Payment Pourakarmika must perform sanitation/cleaning duties ONLY. They cannot be assigned to any other type of work or office duties.
- No substitute can perform duty in place of the selected candidate – only the selected individual must personally perform all assigned duties.
- If a selected candidate fails to perform duties or does not follow instructions/advice given by the office head, the concerned Commissioner/Municipal Commissioner may release them from duty without prior notice.
- Selected employees must comply with all orders/circulars issued by the Government and the Directorate of Municipal Administration from time to time. A Notary Affidavit to this effect is mandatory.
- Salary will be fixed as per the Minimum Wages Act of the Labour Department and revised periodically. PF and ESI benefits will be provided.
- Candidates in priority categories 1 to 4 must ensure they have the required certification from the competent authority – without this, their priority claim cannot be considered.
