- Step 5: Forwarding authority sends the complete application to the Secretary, NCLT on or before the last date.

Important Instructions for NCLT Deputation Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Applications must be submitted through proper channel only – via Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority. Direct applications will not be accepted.
- Candidates who apply will NOT be allowed to withdraw their application subsequently. Candidates unwilling to join upon selection must NOT apply.
- Absorption into NCLT is NOT a matter of right. It will be done only based on NCLT’s need and as per NCLT Recruitment Rules 2020. Absorption can be considered only after 1 year of satisfactory deputation.

- GPRA benefit: Only officers already availing GPRA in their parent body can continue this benefit after joining NCLT on deputation. Others are not eligible to apply for GPRA on joining NCLT.
