- Officers with any pending vigilance/disciplinary case or criminal case – a clean clearance is mandatory.

- Not attaching attested photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years – mandatory; applications without this will be rejected.
- Not including the Cadre Clearance Certificate from the cadre controlling authority – compulsory.

Candidates shall apply offline only using Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-II). - Step 1: Download Application Proforma (Annexure-II) and eligibility conditions (Annexure-I) from www.nclt.gov.in under “Career”.
- Step 2: Fill in Annexure-II completely. Attach self-attested passport size coloured photograph. State clearly in Section 19 how you are best suited for the post.
- Step 3: Attach all required documents (see list below).
- Step 4: Submit the complete application to your Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority for certification and forwarding.
- Step 5: Forwarding authority sends the complete application to the Secretary, NCLT on or before the last date.

- Vigilance Clearance Certificate issued by the respective department
- Integrity Certificate issued by the respective department
- Details of major/minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years
- Employer/Head of Office forwarding certificate (as per Annexure-II format) confirming: no vigilance/disciplinary/criminal case pending; integrity certified; APAR enclosed; no penalty in last 10 years; cadre authority has no objection

Important Instructions for NCLT Deputation Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Applications must be submitted through proper channel only – via Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority. Direct applications will not be accepted.
- Candidates who apply will NOT be allowed to withdraw their application subsequently. Candidates unwilling to join upon selection must NOT apply.
- Absorption into NCLT is NOT a matter of right. It will be done only based on NCLT’s need and as per NCLT Recruitment Rules 2020. Absorption can be considered only after 1 year of satisfactory deputation.
- Vacancy position is tentative and may increase or decrease. Selected candidates will serve only at the specific NCLT Bench for which they are selected.
- GPRA benefit: Only officers already availing GPRA in their parent body can continue this benefit after joining NCLT on deputation. Others are not eligible to apply for GPRA on joining NCLT.
- Cadre authorities must verify that all particulars sent by their officers are correct as per official records before forwarding applications.
- Pre-01.01.2016 regular service will be treated as service in the corresponding level of the 7th CPC pay matrix for eligibility determination.
